Shpola Food Products Plant LLC operates under a food safety management system. We understand that for B2B partners, consistent quality matters more than price.
- ISO 22000:2018 — Implemented and certified.
- HACCP — A risk-analysis system at every stage.
- GMO-free — We do not use genetically modified raw materials.
- Retail-chain audits — We successfully pass audits by ATB, Metro and Silpo.
In-house Laboratory
We do not rely on third parties. Every batch of raw materials and finished products is tested on site.
Physical & chemical control
Checking moisture, acidity, fat and salt content. Monitoring oil quality by peroxide value so the chips don't turn bitter.
Microbiology
Cultures to detect pathogenic flora, mould and yeast — a guarantee of the product's biological safety.
Sensory analysis
Daily tastings of every batch. Checking conformity to the reference taste, colour and crunch (the "Crunch" effect).
Incoming control
No truck carrying potatoes, sunflower or film enters the warehouse without the laboratory's approval.

Production
Monitoring frying temperatures and metal-detector operation on the lines.
Packaging
Checking seam tightness and pack weight. Date marking.
Storage
